Through elite training programs we aim to empower athletes to reach their peak performance while fostering a deep appreciation for competition. With a blend of experience, expertise, and unwavering dedication, we're leading the next generation of athletes. Our academic background enriches our coaching methodology, emphasizing holistic athlete development encompassing speed, agility, strength, conditioning, injury prevention, nutrition, mental toughness, and overall performance enhancement.
AIM
To provide resistance training with soccer for greater muscle activation, stability, explosion, sharper thinking, quicker reflexes, and injury prevention.
GRIT
Who are we? What makes what we are? How do we continuously learn & grow? GRIT is our core foundation at 3rd Coast Performance. It means going a bit longer, pushing a little harder, starting a tad earlier, thinking sharper with a blue collar mindset to grind our way to the top. We'll train in any weather, any field, any street, any place, any time.
DAVID LOZANO
Texas born, Austin raised.


A true Texan passionate about his environment, David draws from a rich background in sports and coaching. He honed his skills with the ’87 Austin Flyers from 1997-2005, achieving top national rankings and multiple state championships. At Westlake High School, he set the single-season goal record and played varsity soccer all four years, earning First Team All-District honors in 2004 and Central Texas Player of the Year.

In college, David excelled from the start, earning 3rd Team All-SCAC in his freshman year, followed by First Team All-South Central Region and First Team All-SCAC selections in his sophomore year. As a junior, he was again named First Team All-SCAC, leading his team in goals. David’s athletic achievements extend beyond soccer, including a national handball championship and setting the javelin record at Southwestern University,

David’s academic pursuits in kinesiology reflect his passion for the science and business of sports, physical activity, health, and wellness. His career focuses on using exercise techniques to prevent injuries, enhance mobility, & improve overall quality of life.
David Lozano, with his U.S.S.F. National ‘B’ and National Youth coaching licenses, as well as a NSCAA State Goalkeeping Diploma, has achieved success coaching youth soccer teams in both Washington and Texas. His coaching tenure includes guiding teams to notable achievements such as the Washington Youth Soccer Presidents Cup Championship runner-up in the U11 Boys Division 2 in 2019, the WYS Presidents Cup Champion in the U12 Girls Division 2 in 2023, and the WYS Presidents Cup Championship runner-up in the U12 Boys Division 3, also in 2023.
Additionally, he led the U10 Boys Division 4 team to a WYS Presidents Cup Championship in 2024. Further accomplishments include the EFC G11 Red ECNL-RL U-13 postseason advancement in 2024 and securing the South Texas State Champion title for U-11 Girls Super 2 in Fall 2011, as well as being a South Texas State Finalist for U-12 Boys Super 2 in Spring 2017.
